Notice of the Annual Parish Meeting 2022
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hereby give you notice that the Annual Parish Meeting for Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard’s Leap will be held at Cranwell Village Hall, Old School Lane, Cranwell Village, Lincolnshire, NG34 8DF on Monday 11th April 2022 at 7.00pm. Members of the public and press are very welcome to attend.
All members of the Parish Council are requested to attend for the purpose of answering questions relevant to their area of responsibility.

Agenda
1. Notes of the Annual Parish Meeting held at Cranwell Village Hall on Tuesday 2nd April 2019 to be approved as Minutes.
2. Receive the Chairman’s report for 2021/22 from, Cllr Trevor Batten.
3. Receive the Financial report for 2021/22 from the Responsible Finance Officer, Mrs Kirsty Elson.
4. Receive reports from visiting representatives, who will include;
- Joanna Knight and Steve Barker, Dyson Farming
- Wing Commander Alison Morton and Community Development Officer Ian Whitehead. - RAF Cranwell updates
- Sergeant Stuart Mumby-Croft - Sleaford police.
- L.I.V.E.S First Responders - Defibrillators and their work.
- District Councillor Steve Clegg.
- County Councillor Richard Wright.
5. Future Projects. Members of the public are invited to suggest any projects/improvements that the Parish Council might take up in the future.
6. Public Discussion and Questioning. Members of the public may comment on any Parish issues and direct their comments to the Parish Council or any of the visiting representatives.
7. Close of the Meeting. All relevant issues will be taken forward to a future Parish Council Meeting.
