Dear Sir / Madam,
I hereby give you notice that the Annual Parish meeting for Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard's Leap will be held on Monday 22nd April 2024 at Cranwell Village Hall, Old School Lane, Cranwell Village, NG34 8DF starting at 7:00pm. Members of the press and public are welcome to attend.
All members of the Parish Council are requested to attend for the purpose of answering questions relevant to their area of responsibility.

AGENDA
- Receive the Chairman’s report for 2023/24 from Cllr D Graves.
- Receive the Financial report for 2023/2024 from the Responsible Finance Officer – Lesley Frances.
- Receive reports from visiting representatives who will include:
County Councillor Richard Wright-County Council report
Community Development Officer Ian Whitehead -RAF Cranwell
Sergeant Stuart Mumby-Croft and PC Green-Sleaford Police
Matthew Bentley, Conservation Officer-NKDC
- Future Projects. Members of the public are invited to suggest any projects/improvements that the Parish Council might take up in the future.
- Public Discussion and Questioning. Members of the public may comment on any Parish issues and direct their comments to the Parish Council or any of the visiting representatives.
- Close of the Meeting. All relevant issues will be considered at a future Parish Council meeting.
Refreshments/cakes will be available after closure of the meeting.
