Dear Sir / Madam,
I hereby give you notice that the Annual Parish meeting for Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard's Leap will be held on Monday 20th April 2026 at Cranwell Village Hall, Old School Lane, Cranwell Village, NG34 8DF starting at 6 pm. Members of the press and public are welcome to attend.
All members of the Parish Council are requested to attend for the purpose of answering questions relevant to their area of responsibility.

AGENDA
1. Receive the Chairman’s report for 2025/6 from Cllr A Youle.
2. Receive the Financial report for 2025/6 from the Responsible Finance Officer – Lesley Frances.
3. Receive reports from visiting representatives who will include:
County Councillor Richard Wright – update on Government reorganisation and its
impact.
Squadron Leader Goodman-Mathews representing the RAF Station Commander.
Sgt Stuart Mumby-Croft – District Neighbourhood Sergeant from Sleaford Police.
Lincolnshire Resilience Team and Flood Resilience Team.
4. Public Discussion and Questioning. Members of the public may comment on any Parish issues and direct their comments to the Parish Council or any of the visiting representatives.
6. Close of the Meeting. All relevant issues will be considered at a future Parish Council meeting.
Refreshments/cakes will be available after closure of the meeting.
