I hereby give you notice that an ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard’s Leap Parish Council will be held at Cranwell Village Hall, Old School Lane, NG34 8DF on Monday 10 February 2020 at 7.00pm. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend.
All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

At 7.00pm there will be a public forum, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. All Parish Councillors are to attend at this time.
County Councillor and District Councillor reports will be received at this time, prior to the meeting starting.
Agenda
1.To receive apologies for absence and reasons given i.a.w. Local Government Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
2.To receive declarations of interest and to consider applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests. Disclosure of pecuniary and non-pecuniary interests is to be in accordance with the Localism Act 2011. The need for disclosure is to be based upon agenda items, or at any suitable time during a meeting when it becomes apparent to a Member.
3.Notes of the ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard's Leap Parish Council held at Cranwell Village Hall on Monday 13 January 2020 to be approved as Minutes.
4.Financial Matters.
a.Receive a report on payments made between meetings.
b.Approve the payment of invoices etc. as listed on the Payments to be Authorised sheet.
c.Approve the bank reconciliation from the previous month.
Consider the updated Parish Agreement to cut a number of grass verges on behalf of LCC.
5.Planning Applications. - Nothing at present.
6.Receive reports from the Clerk in relation to Council matters.
7.Receive reports from Councillor’s relating to responsibilities and outstanding tasks.
No resolutions may be passed under this item but requests for matters to be placed on the next agenda can be made.
8.General correspondence.
9.Meeting dates.
a.Confirm the date, and location, of the next ordinary meeting.
10.To resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, as amended by Section 100 of the Local Government Act 1972, to discuss the following matters;-
Receive an update from the Chairman in relation to the guidance from LALC and Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
