I hereby give you notice that an extra-ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard’s Leap Parish Council will, due to COVID-19 restrictions, be held at remotely, via email on Friday 27 March 2020 at 7.00pm.
All members of the Parish Council are summoned to respond for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

Agenda
1.To receive declarations of interest and to consider applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests. Disclosure of pecuniary and non-pecuniary interests is to be in accordance with the Localism Act 2011. The need for disclosure is to be based upon agenda items, or at any suitable time during a meeting when it becomes apparent to a Member.
2.Notes of the ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard's Leap Parish Council held at Cranwell Village Hall on Monday 9 March 2020 to be approved as Minutes.
3.Financial Matters
a.In accordance with the Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard's Leap Parish Council Risk Assessment and Business Continuity Response to COVID19, authorise and approve increased authority to the Clerk to spend (make payments), in conjunction with approval from a minimum of 2 Councillors, under Financial Regulation 4, including previously agreed car park resurfacing work. Approval to be received via email prior to a payment being made.
4.Governance in accordance with the Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard's Leap Parish Council Risk Assessment and Business Continuity Response to COVID-19.
a.In accordance with the Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard's Leap Parish Council Risk Assessment and Business Continuity Response to COVID19, approve emergency delegation of authority in the event it is not possible to convene a meeting of the Council in a reasonable time, the Clerk shall have delegated authority to make decisions on behalf of the Council, only where such a decision cannot reasonably be deferred and must be made to comply with a commercial or statutory deadline.
