2. Election of Vice Chairperson – Signing of Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
3. Completion of Declarations of Acceptance of Office by all Councillors.
4. Apologies for Absence.
5. Re-adoption of all Policy Documents as per attached list. Adoption of New Financial Regulations, Vexatious Policy and Lone Worker Policy.
6. To update Areas of Responsibility for each Councillor and resolution to agree.
