Notice of an ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell & Byard's Leap Parish Council
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hereby give you notice that the next ordinary meeting for Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard's Leap will be held on Monday 10th January, 2022 at Cranwell Village Hall, Old School Lane, Cranwell Village, NG34 8DF starting at 7:00pm.
Members of the press and public are welcome to attend.
All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

At 7.00pm there will be a public forum, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. All Parish Councillors are to attend at this time.
Agenda
1. To receive apologies for absence and reasons given i.a.w. Local Government Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
2. To receive declarations of interest and to consider applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
Disclosure of pecuniary and non-pecuniary interests is to be in accordance with the Localism Act 2011. The need for disclosure is to be based upon agenda items, or at any suitable time during a meeting when it becomes apparent to a Member.
3. Notes of the ordinary meeting of the Parish Council held on Monday 13 December 2020 to be approved as Minutes.
4. Financial Matters
a. Approve the payments made since the last meeting.
b. Approve the payment of invoices etc. as listed on the Payments to be Authorised sheet.
c. Approve the bank reconciliation from the previous month.
d. To consider the quotes for the repair work for the Old School kitchen and toilets.
e. To consider the quote for repairing the Old School classroom light.
f. Consider and review the draft budget figures in preparation of setting the budget/precept demand in January 2022 for FY 2022-2023.
5. Receive a report from the Clerk on matters pertaining to the Parish Council.
6. Planning Applications.
a. 21/1888/HOUS - Erection of two storey side extension. Location: 15 Cranwell Avenue, Cranwell, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG34 8HG. Comments by 16th January 2022
b. 21/1876/FUL – Residential development of 9 dwellings including garages and private drive. Location: Land to rear of 20 Willow Lane, Cranwell, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG34 8DQ. Comments by 16th January 2022
Planning application determined:
21/1636/OUT – Outline application for the erection of detached dwelling. Location: Land adjacent to 30 Willow Lane, Cranwell Sleaford. Planning application approved.
7. Meeting Dates:
a. To consider the following dates for the ordinary meeting of the Parish Council for 2022.
b. To consider the dates for the Annual meeting of the Parish Council and the Annual Parish Meeting.
8. To discuss clearing the waste from footpath DMMO 375.
9. Receive reports from Councillors on their Areas of Responsibility.
10. To review the Dog Wardens contract of employment.
11. To consider the quotes for repairing the Parish Council Church noticeboard and decide whether to have the noticeboard repaired or replaced.
12. To discuss placing a gate to the playing field to gain access to footpath 754.
13. To consider clearing the ivy/cutting left by the contractor from footpath 754.
14. Confirm the date of the next meeting.
15. To resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, as amended by Section 100 of the Local Government Act 1972, to discuss the following matters;
a. Consider the co-option application (if received) to fill the current Council vacancy.
