Notice of an ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell &

Byard's Leap Parish Council

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hereby give you notice that an ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard’s Leap Parish Council will be held at Cranwell Village Hall, Old School Lane, NG34 8DF on Thursday 13 August 2020 at 5:00pm. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend.

All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

At 7.00pm there will be a public forum, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. All Parish Councillors are to attend at this time.

                                                                               Agenda

  1. To receive apologies for absence and reasons given i.a.w. Local Government Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.

  2. To receive declarations of interest and to consider applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests. Disclosure of pecuniary and non-pecuniary interests is to be in accordance with the Localism Act 2011. The need for disclosure is to be based upon agenda items, or at any suitable time during a meeting when it becomes apparent to a member.

  3. Notes of the ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard's Leap Parish Council held at Cranwell Village Hall, Old School Lane, NG34 8DF on Thursday 30 July 2020 to be approved as Minutes.

  4. Financial Matters

    1. Approve the payments made since the last meeting.

    2. Approve the payment of invoices etc. as listed on the Payments to be Authorised sheet.

    3. Approve the bank reconciliation from the previous month.

    4. Consider the quote to replace the electric meter cabinet by the portacabins.

  5. Planning Applications.

  6. Consider allowing Cranwell Parish Social Club to have use of a marked area (size to be confirmed) to use as an outside area, should they wish to apply for an amendment to their Club Premises Licence 32UE/L2404, to allow for outside consumption of alcohol.

  7. Update from Cllr Pears on the new Parish Council website and his recent training.

  8. Confirm the date of the next meeting.
