I hereby give you notice that an ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard’s Leap Parish Council will be held at Cranwell Village Hall, Old School Lane, NG34 8DF on Monday 13 July 2020 at 7.00pm. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend.
All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

At 7.00pm there will be a public forum, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. All Parish Councillors are to attend at this time.
County Councillor and District Councillor reports will be received at this time, prior to the meeting starting.
Agenda
1.To receive apologies for absence and reasons given i.a.w. Local Government Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
2.To receive declarations of interest and to consider applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests. Disclosure of pecuniary and non-pecuniary interests is to be in accordance with the Localism Act 2011. The need for disclosure is to be based upon agenda items, or at any suitable time during a meeting when it becomes apparent to a Member.
3.Notes of the extra-ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard's Leap Parish Council held on Friday 27 March 2020 to be approved as Minutes.
4.Financial Matters
- Approve the payments made since March 2020 meeting.
- Approve the bank reconciliation from the previous months.
- Consider the quotes to replace the lower panels of the tennis courts with metal mesh.
- Audit – confirm acknowledgement of Section 1, the Annual Governance Statements in relation to the Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2019/20 Part 3, page 4 only.
5.Consider the removal of the current smoking shelter by the Social Club and directing them to replace it with a wall mounted structure.
6.Consider a course of action with regard to the possible re-opening of the play area at the Sports field.
