Notice of an ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell & Byard's Leap Parish Council

Dear Sir / Madam,

I hereby give you notice that an ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard’s Leap Parish Council will be held remotely via Zoom on Monday 8 March 2021 at 7:00pm.

As the meeting will be held remotely, members of the public and press are welcome to remotely attend and can join the Zoom Meeting via https://zoom.us/j/95535382036?pwd=M3RIdlpLUE9PM0Jjd1pZU3Q1T3F6UT09 using Meeting ID: 955 3538 2036 and Passcode: 6L57wt.  You can request this electronically from the Clerk.  Requests to be received by 6:00pm on Monday 8 March 2021.

All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

At 7.00pm there will be a public forum, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.  All Parish Councillors are to attend at this time.

Agenda

  1. To receive apologies for absence and reasons given i.a.w. Local Government Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
  2. To receive declarations of interest and to consider applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.  Disclosure of pecuniary and non-pecuniary interests is to be in accordance with the Localism Act 2011. The need for disclosure is to be based upon agenda items, or at any suitable time during a meeting when it becomes apparent to a Member.
  3. Notes of the ordinary meeting of the Parish Council held remotely on Monday 8 February 2021 to be approved as Minutes.
  4. Financial Matters
  5. a.  Consider the Annual subscriptions for SLCC, LALC and the LALC Annual training Scheme.b.
  6. b.  Approve the payments made since the last meeting.c.
  7. c.  Approve the payment of invoices etc. as listed on the Payments to be Authorised sheet.
  8. d   Approve the bank reconciliation from the previous month.
  9. e.  Consider the options for a street light column mounted Speed Indicator Device in line with the Lincolnshire Community Speed Watch initiative.
  10. f.   Consider the Grant Applications for FY 2021/2022.
  11. g.  Consider the quotes to repair the Village Cross, damaged by an unknown vehicle.
  12. h.  Consider the quotes to refurbish the wooden noticeboards and the Garden of Remembrance sign.
  13. Receive a report from the Clerk on matters pertaining to the Parish Council.
  14. Planning Applications.  No current applications but I will update at the meeting.
  15. Receive reports from Councillors on their Areas of Responsibility.
  16. Cranwell Community Pavilion.
  17. a.  Receive an update on potential architects.
  18. b.  Consider an application for a Public Works Loan.
  19. c.   Consider the next steps for the Pavilion.
  20. Consider the introduction of Council specific email addresses.
  21. Cranwell Parish Social Club.
  22. a.   Consider the notification of the Social Club outside drinking licence amendment.
  23. b.   Consider the use of the Garden of Remembrance as an outside drinking area by the Social Club between the introduction of Step 2 and the passing of Step 3, in line with the Government’s lockdown easing plan.
  24. Willows Tea Room
  25. a.  Consider the request to hold an outdoor event (Bring Your Own Picnic) on the Village Green on Saturday 26 June 2021 between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m
  26. b.  Consider the request that the Village Green be used as an overspill outdoor dining area, on Saturdays and Sundays between the introduction of Step 2 and passing Step 3 in line with the Government’s lockdown easing plan.
  27. Consider a review of Council assets for insurance purposes.
  28. Confirm the date of the next meeting.
