Notice of an Ordinary Meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell & Byards Leap Parish Council
Dear Sir / Madam,
I hereby give you notice that an ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard’s Leap Parish Council will be held at Cranwell Village Hall, Old School Lane, NG34 8DF on Monday 12 October 2020 at 7:00pm. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend.
All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

At 7.00pm there will be a public forum, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. All Parish Councillors are to attend at this time.
Agenda
- To receive apologies for absence and reasons given i.a.w. Local Government Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
- To receive declarations of interest and to consider applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests Disclosure of pecuniary and non-pecuniary interests is to be in accordance with the Localism Act 2011. The need for disclosure is to be based upon agenda items, or at any suitable time during a meeting when it becomes apparent to a Member.
- Notes of the ordinary meeting of Cranwell, Brauncewell and Byard's Leap Parish Council held at Cranwell Village Hall, Old School Lane, NG34 8DF on Monday 14 September 2020 to be approved as Minutes.
- Financial Matters.
- Approve the payments made since the last meeting.
- Approve the payment of invoices etc. as listed on the Payments to be Authorised sheet.
- Approve the bank reconciliation from the previous month.
- Consider the quotes to replace/repair the street lights at the corner of the bowling green.
- Planning Applications’
- 20/1266/PNH - Single storey rear extension 5.795m in length from the original wall, eaves height of 2.3m and maximum height of 3.5m - Church Cottage 1 Church Lane Brauncewell Sleaford Lincolnshire NG34 8RQ.
- Consider the terms of an agreement with Cranwell Parish Social Club with regard to the proposed amendments to Club Premises Certificate32UE/L2404.
- Sport Hub/Pavilion Committee.
- Consider the way forward for the Sport Hub Committee
- Receive an update on possible Pavilion buildings.
- Consider the locations for the 30 tree saplings due to arrive from The Woodland Trust.

Consider the request to use the Sports Field for Mobile Putts Mini Golf.

Review the Councillors Areas of Responsibilities.

Confirm the date of the next meeting.

To resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, as amended by Section 100 of the Local Government Act 1972, to discuss the following matters;
a. Consider the co-option application to fill one of the current Council vacancies.
